Cimarron Capital Partners, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its affiliates (collectively, "Cimarron"), maintain this website (the "Site"). Unauthorized Use of Images. Images of people or places displayed on the Site are either the property of or used with permission by Cimarron. Governing Law. Unless otherwise agreed, these Terms of Use and their enforcement are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, United States of America, without regard to its principles of conflicts of law, and shall insure to the benefit of Cimarron's successors and assignments, whether by merger, consolidation or otherwise.

Consent to Jurisdiction. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, United States of America, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.

Severability. If a court of competent jurisdiction deems any provision of these Terms of Use unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
